Compares horse #N in each version (rosters are id-aligned for the 32-byte builds; '99 is a different roster, so expect many diffs vs WE). Changed fields show base → compare. Each racer is read with the game's own record framing (corrected 2026-09-30: the earlier copy gave each horse the next racer's stamina, speed, sharp and coat, so some changes were pinned on the wrong horse); style is worked out from the six externals with the game's rule, as the game does, and cpuClass is the racer's class byte (0, 1 or 2). DOC 2000 matches World Edition Rev C byte for byte on 228 of 244 racers; the diff shows the fields it reads, so a change to appearance data alone does not appear here.
